It’s our goal to provide our customers with quality non toxic bath & beauty products you LOVE! While we hope that you’re always delighted with your purchase, we also realize there are times you may need to return a product. Because of the nature bath & beauty products, we are unable to re-sell ANY item that is returned therefore no refund can be made. If you find any problem with your order please contact us immediately, most of the time we can find a reasonable solution.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY - If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact us within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. Unfortunately, although we pack each order with love and care we have no control of how your package is handled once it’s dropped off to our shipper, if you happen to receive any damaged goodies we will replace them, please email us your order number, photos and a description of the damaged items to email@example.com and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
If you need to return your product, please review the information below.
- Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your order date.
- We cannot accept returns on international orders at this time.
- We do not refund original shipping costs with returns or exchanges. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on the new exchanged package as well.
- Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund or store credit until we receive the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-5 business days from the time the return is received.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement. Our business days are Monday through Friday, not including major holidays.
- An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return/exchange.
- Only items purchased on cosmicbathandbeauty.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from cosmicbathandbeauty.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Cosmic Bath & Beauty products.
- Please Note: Empty containers will not be accepted for an exchange.
