How long will it take to get my order? [Current processing times, updated 2/2023.] We pack orders here at Cosmic daily, Monday - Friday, although processing times depend on order volume. We usually have orders at the post office within 24-48 hours. All orders in the United States are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail with a tracking number/delivery confirmation. What to expect when you order. After your order is received, it's placed in our queue for packing. Once your order is packed and headed to the post office, you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number to notify you your package is on its way. You will have various shipping options at checkout, but generally, most domestic customers receive their packages within 5-7 days of receiving their shipping confirmation email.

Do you need a particular ship date? Please contact us if you need special ship dates, and we can discuss the details before placing your order.

Insurance on your orders. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing insurance for your package, insurance is not included in our listed shipping prices.

Attention international customers* All International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International Package Services. Overseas customers are responsible for their country's customs fees, VAT taxes, import duties, etc.

Can I have you ship directly to them? Absolutely, we do this all the time! We ship every order with extra special care, and I'm happy to add a personalized note to your package at no additional charge. When shopping online, be sure to add the recipient's name and address to the shipping information at checkout. You can also add personalized message details in the "Special instructions for seller" box at checkout!
