Today I'm sharing my favorite drink to sip on warm summer days. A chilled red wine Sangria recipe that's always a favorite in our home and perfect for a day by the pool or an evening with friends.
Start with whatever fruit you have on hand, or visit your local farmers market and choose fresh local fruit in season.

In a pitcher, add:
+ 2 cups of fruit cut into bite-sized pieces (peaches, nectarines, apples, pears, orange, or berries)
+ 3-4 cups of Carlo Rossi Red Sangria Wine
+ 1/2 c Brandy
Chill for at least 3 hours and add:
+ 1- 12oz can of Pellegrino Soda (blood orange is my favorite) just before serving.
Always choose ripe, beautiful fruit. A good sangria is pretty to look at and a tasty boozy fruit salad to finish. Are you a Sangria fan? Do you prefer red or white?
